Withdrawal Notice

If a child has to be withdrawn from the school, one month advance notice must be given in writing. If such a notice is not given, the current instalment fee will have to be paid — failing which the Transfer Certificate will be withheld.

Fee Refund Policy

Once a student is admitted and fees for the quarter have been paid, no refund will be made for that quarter. However, if the parent has paid fees for more than one quarter, the excess amount will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. In any case, the caution money will be refunded in full.

Caution Money — Application Deadline

Parents must apply for the caution money within one year of withdrawing the child. Failing to do so, the amount will be treated as a donation to the school and no claims will be entertained thereafter.

Clearance of Dues

After clearing all dues, the caution money will be refunded in full.
